Since it’s Sunday, it’s time to share what Matthias and I made this week! Let’s get to the food!
Weekly Meal Plan: Week of 10/25-10/31
Sunday: we kept things pretty quick and simple on Sunday since there was a hockey game on. Matthias made a chicken salad and I had chicken with butternut squash and some frozen veggiesMonday: I had a big plate of blueberry pancakes with bacon on the side. All topped with Canadian maple syrup of course!Tuesday: if you read my latest WIAW, my supper from Tuesday was included in it. We made spaghetti carbonara!Wednesday: Matthias’ mom picked us up a couple things to try so we tested out the pulled pork on Wednesday. We had it on top of some rolls and I mixed some in with spaghetti squash! It was really tasty! I only wish we would had some coleslaw to put on top of the pork.Thursday: since we were leaving on Friday, we wanted to keep things pretty simple on Thursday night. I decided to make some homemade chicken nuggets and fries! Friday: cruise buffet
