Good Morning Folks! How is your week going? If it isn’t going great, you’re already halfway to the weekend! I’ve had a pretty chill week so far, but need to get to work on a couple things today.
Seeing how it’s Hump Day today, it’s time for me to share what I ate one day. My appetite is definitely back compared to last week and it’s put me in a better mood. I’m still reaching for convenience food so I’m hoping to get some more real food in today. As always, a big thank you to Jenn for creating this linkup!
What I Ate
Snack: after making a run to the store for a few things, I snacked on a kiwi that I had just bought. I always forget about them, but they’re one of my favourite fruits!Snack #2: MyProtein Double Chocolate Chip CookieLate Lunch: toasted english muffin with two eggs, lettuce, cheese, and chicken (I had forgotten how much I love egg sandwiches)Supper: pesto salmon with rice and broccoli (this is one of my favourite things that Matthias and I make; it’s so simple and super yummy!)Dessert: Matthias and I split the last Triple Chocolate Cookie (it looks similar to the protein cookie, but has so much more sugar!)Snack: cereal with raspberries and milkOh yeah, I also had a Magnum Mini that was white chocolate with almonds! Speaking of magnum’s, I think I have a slight lactose problem when it comes to ice cream. I’m going to try not eating them and see if it makes my stomach feel a little better in the evenings.
