Good Morning! How is everyone’s week going? I’ve been visiting with friends at my alma mater (I feel like I’m too young to say that) and I don’t want to leave. It feels weird being back, but not staying. I’m headed to visit some family in a little bit and start packing! I leave tomorrow to spend the night at my aunt and uncle’s (it’s closer to where I’m flying out of) then Friday morning I leave! How crazy is that!?
I’m popping in to share a day of my eats. This particular day is from Monday, my last day of work. As always, a huge, huge shout out to Jenn for creating this link up! Let’s get to it!
What I Ate
Pre-workout: caramel rice cake with peanut butter (recycled picture because I devoured it!)Breaky: piece of toast with mashed up avocado and shredded chicken as well as a zucchini omeletteLunch: chicken, broccoli, roasted potatoes and a bag of veggies that I dipped in a Laughing Cow wedge Post-work Meal: I made French Toast with caramel cream cheese, whip cream, and Leapin’ Lemurs cereal (while making it, I snacked on the rest of my raw chocolate cheesecake that I had bought at the market)It was a day of tasty eats! Have a great rest of the week! The next time I post, I’ll be in New York waiting for my connecting flight! It doesn’t seem real at all!
