Good Morning! Happy Hump Day! How is everyone doing today? I’m heading back into work this morning for the last six days! I just had the best two days off and was super productive getting things in order before I leave. If anyone has been keeping track, we’re into single digits folks! That’s right, 9 days from now I’ll be on my first of three flights!
Anyways, onto today’s planned post. Since it’s the middle of the week, you already know it’s time to show what we’ve eaten in a day! I’ll be linking up with Jenn as always. What I Ate
Post-workout/Breaky: the usual zoats, but this time I made them the night before and put them in an almost chocolate peanut butter jar then put them in the fridge, they were really good! Snacks: cereal, berries, and a Luna bar Lunch: chicken, potatoes, and broccoliAfter-Run Snack: bell peppers, a Laughing Cow wedge, and crackersSupper: I found ground veal on sale at my local grocery store so I made burgers with it that I topped with cheese and mustard (realized I had no buns after I already made them) with potatoes and broccoli on the sideDessert: froyo with my sister, in this bowl there is peanut butter and nutella froyo with cookie dough, caramel, Oreo, Skor, and Reese’s peanut butter cupsAll in all it was a great day of eats!
