Hi friends! How is everyone’s week going? I can’t believe it’s already Wednesday! I’m heading into work the next four days so I’m pretty excited about that. Anyways, it’s Wednesday and you probably know the drill by now. Meghan is hosting this week! What I Ate Wednesday Tuesday

Breaky: sweet potatoes, ground turkey, egg whites and a whole eggIMG_2087

Supper: chocolate protein waffles with chocolate PB2 and vanilla frosting (made with plain greek yogurt and vanilla pudding mix)IMG_2092

Well, I should head off to work! I’ll be back on Friday with some favourites. Have a good rest of the week!
