What I Ate
Pre-Workout: Bolt Organic Energy Chews in Orange
Breakfast: Chocolate, peanut butter, honey, and almond overnight oats
Break: Chicken with greens and a lemon/olive oil dressing (pretty bad), Greek yogurt with peanut butter chips, granola, and pistachios
After Work: Chocolate strawberry protein shake and a biscuit with pb
Other snacks: Some watermelon while I was cutting it and a couple pieces of brown sugar fudge
