Good morning! Welcome to my second instalment of What I Ate
Wednesday Tuesday! Big thanks to Jenn for putting this on every week
Pre-Workout: a handful or so of dried cranberries
Breaky: chocolate protein overnight oats topped with honey, almonds, and pb with a passion tea lemonade
First Break: pb and j, celery, and grapes
Second Break: spaghetti sauce with penne pasta, dried cranberries, fries, and mini melts
Snacks: chocolate cheerios with unsweetened vanilla almond milk (seriously to die for, taste like Nesquick!), 2 pieces of apple pie (oops)
