This morning I let myself sleep in as I had a doctor’s appointment at 11:30 and was going to go to the gym afterwards. Around 9:30 I got out of bed (thanks to my stomach growling). I made some toast with peanut butter and sat down to start reading my emails.
After my doctor’s appointment I headed to the gym to begin week four of Jamie Eason’s LiveFit Trainer! Today’s workout was legs (my favourite)! When I got home from the gym I made eggs with turkey and peppers. My sister has been getting to go for runs with her, but she went with one of her friends today so I’m going to have to go myself once my supper settles.
For supper I made chicken breast, green beans, and carrots; it really hit the spot. I’m currently watching The Ellen Degeneres Show and anxiously waiting so I can run.
